Our commitment to privacy
We are committed to the protecting the privacy rights of our website users. We believe that establishing trust with our users will be the foundation for our success. We have therefore established a privacy policy that protects user’s information. This site is hosted in Singapore and the site content and technical support are managed from Singapore and India. We do not represent that materials on the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Persons who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Outside Sites (Their Privacy Policies May Be Different)
The Site contains links to other websites, like sponsors, advertisers or links to Youtube or book sellers or other affiliate services that may offer products or services that our site users might find useful. These sites may request information from you. In such instances, the collection and use of your personal information will be governed by the privacy policy applicable to that site. We do not control the privacy policies, contents or links that appear on these sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party sites or services before providing any of them with your personal information.
Our Policy Toward Children
HEARTPEPPER site does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. HEARTPEPPER is primarily intended for young adults and older adults. Students under thirteen (13) years old must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
The information we collect
The only information we collect is name and email id for those who optin to join the mailing list. We also ensure that we receive their consent after they optin. Other than this we do not collect any other personally identifiable information from our users.
Information Use
We strictly do not sell, rent, share or exchange personal information to any third parties except for the reasons cited below: We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate the Site and the services available therein, to provide the services on our behalf and to perform services related to administration of the Site (“Service Providers”). For example, we may partner with other companies to fulfill an order, deliver promotional emails, bill you for products and services, or provide customer service. While providing services for us, these companies may access your personal information, and are required to use it solely as directed by us for the purpose of our requested service. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Also, we do not send emails to users unless the user has given permission by opting to join the mailing list and we do not send spam mails.
Ability to Opt In and Opt Out
You have the right to “opt-in” and “opt-out” of our mailing list. You may choose not to receive any correspondence or newsletters from us. You may opt-out from receiving our correspondences or newsletters by following the unsubscribe link provided within each email communication We will endeavor to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that if you opt-out as described above, we will not be able to remove your information completely from our databases or those of our third party service providers (i.e., to which we have already provided your optin data as of the date that we implement your opt-out request). Log files
In line with standard industry practice adopted by most websites, we use basic log files and generic analytics data provided by services such as Google Analytics, Quantcast etc. This includes IP (Internet protocol) addresses, browser type, ISP (Internet service provider) referring/exit pages and platform type (Windows, Mac etc). This is not personal information and cannot be linked to any individual person. This analytics data is used for general assessment of web users trends, which search engines they are coming from, what browsers they are using, which key words they are using to arrive at the landing pages etc… This helps us to learn how to improve our offering even further to serve the needs of many of our users.

We will also release specific information in special cases, such as if there is an attempted breach of the security of the site, or a physical or property threat to you or others. Further, the information you enter when making a purchase or an online donation will be shared with payment processors, financial gateways, and your credit card company to authorize credit card payments.
